Welcome to DFD Wedding & Events ("we," "us," "our," "the Company"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the wedding planning, decor, and event management services we provide. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our services, you ("client," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
DFD Wedding & Events offers wedding planning, event design, decor, and execution services, including but not limited to weddings, engagements, Haldi, Mehndi, Sangeet, receptions, private parties, corporate events, and birthday celebrations. The exact scope of services for each client is defined in a separate written proposal or service agreement, which forms part of the binding contract between the client and the Company.
A booking is confirmed only upon signed acknowledgment of a formal proposal or quotation and receipt of the agreed advance payment. Prices quoted are estimates based on the information shared during the discovery call and are subject to revision if event scope, guest count, venue, or requirements change. Availability of dates is not guaranteed until an advance payment is received.
Payment schedules — advance, milestone, and final payments — will be specified in the individual service agreement or invoice issued to the client. All payments must be made through the modes specified by the Company. Delayed payments may result in delayed execution timelines or suspension of services until dues are cleared. Prices do not include applicable government taxes unless explicitly stated.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@dfdweddingevents.com. Advance payments already utilised toward design work, procurement, or venue holds may be non-refundable, as such amounts are often committed to third parties on the client's behalf. Rescheduling requests are subject to venue and team availability and may involve additional charges depending on proximity to the original event date. Specific refund percentages and timelines are detailed in the individual client service agreement.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information — guest count, preferences, venue details, and budget — required for planning. Any changes requested after design finalisation may incur additional costs and timeline adjustments. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions or approvals for the chosen venue, where applicable.
The Company shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, venue-related issues, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, we will work with the client in good faith to reschedule or adjust services wherever possible.
All design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and creative material developed by DFD Wedding & Events for a client's event remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce or resell these designs for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Unless a client specifically opts out in writing prior to the event, the Company reserves the right to photograph or film events it executes and use such images for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services provided shall not exceed the total service fee paid by the client for the specific event in question. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Niwari, Madhya Pradesh.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
